If you are ready to learn more about Sierra Community Church and membership, then you should consider taking our Core Values classes.

101: Mission & Membership

An introduction to our church family. Since we have members from many different backgrounds, this class is designed to explain who we are and what we do.

Discover answer to these questions:

  • What does it mean to be a Christian?
  • What is baptism?
  • Who are we trying to reach?
  • How is our church structured?
  • What is our purpose?
  • What are the essentials we believe?

201: Disciplines For Life

Click  Here  to download the "pre-homework" packet for the 201 class.

If you have taken “Mission & Membership”, this is a great next step to learn and talk about some basic disciplines to help you grow in your relationship with Jesus.

Our 201 Class is an overview of some of the essential elements that go into developing a rich and full life focused on following Jesus. To help you get the most out of the class there is some pre-class homework that is important to do. A key to getting the most out of the preclass homework and completing it before class begins, is to start the work at least 6 days before the class starts (class is April 23 so that means by the 17th). The questions are primarily for personal reflection. You do not have to share them. If you have any questions regarding the pre-class home work, call Pastor Noah or Corbett at (530) 544-7055.
